We Work With You

Neck pain is very common, affecting 7 out of every 10 people at some point in their life.

Most neck pain comes from an injury to a muscle, ligament or joint. Muscle spasm often occurs as a result of an injury and can cause pain. Common causes of neck pain include poor sitting posture, prolonged computer work, over-head activities and fatigue.

The pain can be aggravated by poor sitting posture, lying or turning head. Short walks and changing positions throughout the day will speed up recovery.

You can attend physiotherapy treatment without a GP referral. We will liaise with your GP, especially if we will feel you require any further investigations such as blood tests, X-Ray, MRI or a specialist opinion.
