Back Care

Returning you back to full activity!

Back Care

Most back pain will settle with physiotherapy. Some back’s will settle within 1-2 sessions, others will require more. We can generally give you a good idea of the nature of your back pain and how long it will take to settle.

What should you wear and share with us during your treatment?

  • Wear shorts/ vest top (we will want to have a good look at how you move)
  • Any X-Ray, MRI reports, blood results or related information
  • List of any questions you may have

What should you expect from treatment?

  • A full assessment, diagnosis and an explanation for your pain
  • Rehabilitation plan and advice on how to move better
  • An idea of how many sessions you will require

Activity and walking in particular usually speeds up recovery. We have been running Back Rehab Pilates Classes since 2005.

You do not need a referral but we will contact your GP (with your permission) if we will feel you require any further investigations or specialist opinion.
