Kiera Brown’s excellent professional skills are complemented by her warm and caring manner. I began attending Kiera some months ago because of chronic discomfort while doing light manual work. She put me on a treatment and exercise programme that has given clear and sustained relief. More importantly her holistic approach has given me a fresh and valuable perspective on my own wellbeing, and what I should do to maintain it.

Hi Eva, As you probably know I cancelled my appointment today. My leg is feeling much better, but I’m continuing my stretches and I started back light running last Thursday. I just wanted to say thank you for all your help, I really appreciate it, and I hope you get home early this Christmas.

I attended Kiera Brown for 3 sessions of physio and acupuncture for back pain. Even after the first session of acupuncture the pain had decreased a lot I could not believe the results. I was going on a skiing holiday a week after my 3rd session I was worried my back would give me trouble as it had been so bad previously but after the sessions with Kiera, I had no trouble or pain at all while skiing she gave me plenty of exercises which really help too! Would recommend her to anyone!!

I must say how beneficial I think pilates is and how reassured I felt when I started the classes that they were under the tutelage of a Chartered Physiotherapist.
